I've brewed a brewers choice extra special bitter with 1.5 kg of coopers light malt extract and it was in the primary for just over 2 weeks and it's been in my corny keg for 4 weeks and I keep tasting it and it's not cleared and tastes a lot like leffe
It's 5.2 % abv I wonder if I've cocked up with the hop tea bag things.
Has anyone else had any experience with this kit?

It's probably your fermentation has not been quite right. What temp did you ferment at? and what yeast did you use?

Not sure then really. In what way does it taste like leffe? Is it just that it isn't very hoppy and has a sweet malty taste or does it have a belgian kind of taste?

It just tastes very similar I can't describe it because in not that clued up on all the tastes. Oh well the missus is drinking it. good luck to her I'll make something I like to drink
