You want to be sanitising honey so if you are adding it at conditioning be sure to boil it up in some water first. Mr. Rook is completely right. Remember, honey has been fermented for thousands of years without pasteurisingThere's no need to sanitize honey added at bottling time. The alcohol and low ph make it highly inhospitable to anything that would hurt the beer.
