Calling the aid of superman wine chief Chippy Tea! Hjelp

I brewed some coffee wine recently, just racked it after 6 weeks. I have put some Bentonite in it but that doesn't seem to have stopped the brewing process much and it's not clearing. Any idea's Chippy mate?

Bentonite will not stop it.
You need potassium sorbate...

I was thinking of just letting it burn itself out but it's still going but dying a death slowly. Not in any hurry, just want at least one bottle drinkable for xmas day =)

As said you need wine stabiliser to stop it, try kwik clear or youngs clear it they are the best I have used for clearing.

Superman.. bentonite...sounds all very underpants outside the trousers stuff!!

Put the demijohn outside in a shed or something for a week or 2 and see if it’s clearer
