Calypso Recipe?

I bought a job lot of ingredients, and decided to pick up a bag of Calypso hop....

I couldn't find a recipe I liked the look of, so wondered about using the following recipe I put together (with lots of help from this forum). The idea was to substitute the Citra with the Calypso.....

Also, ideas on the base recipe welcomed... as I haven't brewed this one yet. Thanks :cheers:

Well, here we go...

I've added the Calypso to the recipe, and increased the boil time to 90mins as it's AG.... then lowered the bittering hops... Plus added another addition at flameout. Thanks for the suggestion.

15 Litre batch.....What do you all think?? :wha:

I usually prefer to drink beer without a too high ABV, but don't mind plenty of flavour :-) As it happens, my mash efficiency isn't brilliant, so I lose a few ponts there....
