I bought a job lot of ingredients, and decided to pick up a bag of Calypso hop....
I couldn't find a recipe I liked the look of, so wondered about using the following recipe I put together (with lots of help from this forum). The idea was to substitute the Citra with the Calypso.....
Also, ideas on the base recipe welcomed... as I haven't brewed this one yet. Thanks :
