Mmm That looks good :thumb: What Ibu is that going to end up? I can't be bothered enough to work it out?

I ended up with 52L, i have no idea what the OG was because i was so ****** i forgot to check  It does smell very nice in the fermenter today :D

I do a beer called Athlone Knacker, which is a clone i came up with of a great beer called Galway Hooker. I didn't have the hops to do it this time so i mixed it up a bit and used some Challenger. Why, what did you think? i hope you didn't think i'm a knacker (whistling smilie)

I'm just very fond of knowing usless bits of information ("not many people know that")
Got the impression you were either trying to equal or better another brew, was just interested in it's name (normal smile)
Could ask the same question re origonal brew (sheer devilment)
