My Chimay Blue Clone has now been on the yeast in primary for nearly 3weeks.
Gravity has dropped from 1.076 down to 1.024

Problem is i'm going to be away for the next 3 weeks.

Do I rack to secondary and keep under airlock or leave in primary (also under airlock) for another 3 weeks.

Fermenter has been at 23c for the past 5 days and been raised slowly from 18c at start of fermentation.
Holding the temp is not an issue in the controlled fermentation cabinet.
Which temp would be best for the next 3 weeks in either case.

Would to be safe transfer to secondary and keep under airlock. We once left a pilsner on the yeast for a few weeks and it got infected. Would keep it at 18 deg c

Don't worry if the SG has dropped from 1.076 down to 1.024 the alcool contents of your beer is already 6.84 percent vol.

You can wait a good month and even more under airlock.
Be careful anyway there is always liquid in the airlock.
