Today I was planning on getting my first turbo cider, 4 litres of apple juice, mug of tea, cider yeast and nutrient and some malic acid... Tragedy, my LHBS hasn't got any malic acid 
My question, can I still kick off the cider and then add the malic acid once I get some by mid-week?
