Hi there,
Ive just ordered a cornelius keg and gas etc and am also brewing a cider from kit. my question is do i just transfer this straight to the keg after fermentation finishes or do i need to prime it first or add finings etc??
Thanks in advance....

The joy of a corny is that you can put shiny clear brews in it force carbonate and drink without fear of a glass of sediment
I would ferment the cider kit as per the instructions, add fininings wait for it to clear fully then rack it into the keg, seal the lid then gas up to 10 psi give the keg a good shake, gas it back up to 10psi, disconnect the gas and leave it 24 hours before trying to serve it :thumb:

It depends upon the tap you are using and the type and length of beer line.
Start at 5psi and reduce :thumb:

You guys on this forum had better hope I never get a corny cos I'll be asking for someone to hold my hand every step of the way! They seem so complicated!!
