Gotta share this as its becoming what all my friends ask for when theyre around!

Very simple, brew up a coopers Mexican cerveza kit with 1kg of brewers sugar and half kilo of extra light DME.

Let it ferment out then I rack the beer into a 2nd vessle, and just throw 10g of citra hops into the FV!

Leave that for a week rack off + strain into a FV with 140g of sugar and bottle!

Citra goes really well with lager taste, gives a taste like corona or sol(with the lime in) great sort of citrusy crisp taste!

Sounds great, just did something similar with the Pilsner/European lager kit and a handful of Sazz hops.

Was also thinking of adding some lime peel to a cerevza kit... get the lime flvours in instead of having a wedge in the bottle!
