Hi all,

I just bought a pubs style size "c" co2 bottle and i think i need a regulator to connect it to my corny.

can anyone point me in the right direction in terms of the type id need, either a link to ebay or the internet.

thanks

MM

this looks identical to one i use... using corny kegs with prv's fitted to the keg lid you dont need a 2nd on the regulator as well.

only fault i would mention is the dial scale in psi isnt very fine making it a bit of guess work when trying to hit a specific presure, but thats a common feature of 'brewing regulators as well probably due to the maximum pressures possible..

so i just need an inline pressure guage to show me the pressure going to the corny?

can you point me to a device which would allow this?

Need no, hard to tell from the ebay pic, mine goes up in 2psi increments around the dial scale, some go up in 4psi increments?

IF, it is a 'coarse' grade on the dial AND it causes probs, it may not, then if you want you can get a pressure gauge off ebay, and the plumbing/airline fittings to connect a 1/8" or 1/4"bsp Male thread on a gauge to a 3/8" JG fitting...

Break the gas line with a T or Y
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5x-JG-Spe...019?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item20e42d2bab

find a gas friendly gauge like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40mm-Dial...023?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4d18443907
or
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40mm-Pres...736?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item486fcf7b08

tho if using an inline gauge like above limited to 60 psi if you let a higher pressure through you could kill it ..

to connect
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JG-Straig...DIY_Materials_Plumbing_MJ&hash=item2ec52356ea
and
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bsp-Femal...t=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item1c3887c842

just the first found on ebay, im not endorsing the sellers or prices
