I feel healthier already.......

its obvious though... if you put good quality, healthy ingredients into your beers, you going to get the benefit out of the beer.

Think I stick to a Campden tablet though and not add a paracetamol for water treatment.....

So, beer to ward off colds, whisky when you've already got one, and if I'd got the sniffles I always found smoking Consulate did the trick (or St. Moritz menthol if I could afford them). :thumb:
