Hi

After cold crashing is it best to get the brew back to room temperature before priming/bottling?

Cheers

Stevie

No IMO the idea is to get the yeast packed down hard and to clear the brew. Adding your sugar to the bottle will re-ferment when they are transferred to a warm place for a week or so

yes just fill the bottles with your priming sugar if that is what you do then fill with the crashed beer. It will warm up and condition when you move the bottles to a warm place for a week or two then store in a cool and dark place after the 2 weeks for drinking, good luck

Thanks for the advice!

That's what I did a couple of weeks ago. The bottles have conditioned and carbed up beautifully.
