Coming back to brewing!

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a intoxicated Xmas and New Year.

Just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself, I'm an Aussie that moved to the UK and has lived in Edinburgh for the past two years.

I've been away from homebrew since I moved to the UK but just got a Young's homebrew kit for Xmas from the girlfriend and I'm desperately keen to take it up again. I've around 30 brews under my belt and have progressed from extract brewing to extract and partial mashes.

Anyway great to be here. Look forward to sharing experiences and techniques and eventually progressing to all-grain brewing.

P.S I'm posting a question that I know has already been asked but hope someone can help with. I want to improve on the Young's bitter kit I got and hope someone can suggest a partial grain/extract recipe.
