Hi all, first post on this great site!

I have recently transferred a Geordie Lager kit into 2 litre PETs and after one night at room temp the bottles are rock solid. I was just wondering whether it'd be safe or not to leave them for a couple more days like the instructions say to before moving to a cold place? I primed with 6g per litre btw, normal sugar.

Ps, pretty sure the lager fermented out as the hydrometer reading was the same for 3 days.

Cheers for your help.

hi yes you may want to leave them indoors for about a week then cold storage for a least 1 month before trying em prob best after arounf 4 months , the longer the better if you can wait that long :thumb:
