I did a 19l Wadworth JCB brew 2 weeks ago. It fermented out in about 4 days and was left for the rest of the week. It was siphoned off into secondary and it is now 1 full week since. Is this long enough for it to be transfered into the cornie?

Cheers.

Edit: Now filled. Gassed to 20psi, purged, then re-gassed to 20psi and shaken as much as I could and now resting. Hope i've done that right?

Yep that's fine. You only really need to shake it if you wish to carbonate it quickly (ie. if wanting to drink in a matter of hours). Otherwise, just give it 20PSI and either leave the gas on at that for a day or two or do as I do and just turn the gas on and off periodically for a couple of days if you don't want to chance the possibility of a C02 leak emptying your bottle.
