Does anyone have any experience using this yeast?
Im trying to work out whether im fermenting too hot.
I've looked on their website & its a bit vague.

I've also heard that fermenting wheat beers warm is good for some of the spicey flavours, though im not sure what "warm" means in this context.

I've got it at 22C at the moment which is probably a tad warm. I've got it in te bath with some cold water & tshirts around the demijohns to try & cool it off a bit.
