DAP - Yeast nutrient

I brewed a Hefeweizen at the weekend. (All details in the link) I pitched the yeast yesterday morning and krausen is forming.

I meant to add some DAP, but forgot. Not used it before.

Can I add it now (dissolved in warm, sanitary water?) or just not bother this time around?

I don't know what DAP is, but you can add yeast nutrient at any time, but the sooner the better.
Ok. Diammonium phosphate.
Yes, bung it in.

Something about my water meant that manyvof my brews would stink like a sewer while fermenting and the taste would take weeks or months to age out. Since I started adding a bit of nutrient to every brew, I've never had a smelly batch.
