He got a lot of stick from a few members over his reviews I guess he decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

I think his videos are worth watching. However, like Chippy said, who buys something from a you tube video.
The very term ‘influencer’ should be at least a signal to be on your toes

What's the attrition rate for members on this forum.
Do the moderators follow up dormant members to see why they left.
Is there a feedback system?

I have to get feedback in work all the time to see if I am providing a good service to my clients

I don't think so, as he said he has a thick skin. Just got to get the difference in the wording right between reviewing and promoting.
