Hi guys,
made a bit of a mess of my last brew and diluted it to much so instead of having a 4.8% I now have a 4.1% pale ale. It has Bravo for bittering and an experimental hop for aroma. Around 50ish IBUs now I think.
I am thinking of dry hopping it with a mix of 50% Ahtanum, 30% Chinook and 20% Columbus.
at 4g/l that works out at 100g in a 25L batch so 50g Ahtanum, 30g Chinook and 20g Columbus.
Question is - how does my ratio look? should I make it 25g of both Columbus and Chinook? I want a really floral, piney aroma with no onion basically.
Any thoughts?
