:drink: I love Citra hops, Not very strong but added to the biol with milder hops eg Fuggles or Goldings. Bitterness is about 22 to 30 EBU . When I dry hop with citra pellets how many would you use per 23 litres. I drop my beer into a secondary for 7 t0 10 days, Is this long enough to dry hop with pellets? and how many pellets 1 per gallon or more?

Around about 15g per 5 gallons depending on personal preference .. . and the power of the hop

I used 50g whole and this gave a nice aroma. Citra are pretty oily/pungent so you don't need a great deal. I have nothing against 100g either.

James, M i'm with you on that1

Although I just did a 20L batch of all Citra and hopped with 1oz/28g and it gave it a fantastic aroma! :D
