Just signed up after lurking for a while.

Been making simplisitic single can Cider for a lot of years, but last few years have become more of an ale drinker.

My first Ale was brewed a few months ago, a Woodfirdes Nelsons Revenge, and it was brewed as per instructions and barrelled in a KK. Took a whikle to clear, but now drinking well.

Just put on, today, a Brewers choice IPA, so I hope ot all goes to plan.
