Fast ferment conical

Hi all could any one share a few tips on using conical fv.s
I just got a batch on but now I'm looking at it thinking how to dry hop and how to empty into my kegs or bottles
think I might have bitten off more than I can chew with this one

We're left guessing what your "conical" actually is? They usually have a dump valve and a racking valve, or something that can be both (like a Grainfather), or just one or the other. Access into the fermenter (i.e. lid!)?
