Ive currently got a better brew Export lager and Coopers wheat beer on. They are in the basement at about 12- 14 degrees. Firstly - are they likely to turn out ok? Secondly - will they take a lot longer to get down to a decent FG and would they benefit from being moved to somewhere warmer for a few days?

hi , move the wheat beer it should have a temp of 20/22c and if the lager 1 has true lager yeast then that is ideal but if the instruction for the lager said temp at around 18/22c then it too needs to move as it most likely has an ale yeast which needs higher temp than 12/14c , if you don't move em they will take an age to brew and the wheat will not have its unique aroma/taste too . :thumb:
