Im very new to Extract brewing and I am finding myself spending ages looking for recipes online and spending very little time actually brewing them.

I have in at the moment:
Amber Malt Extract
Crystal Mat
Golding/Fuggle Hops
Light/Medium Spraymalt

Can anyone point me in the direction of a recipe i can just crack on with the ingrediants or suggest a better way of just getting on with it (should i just be guessing one for myself??)

This would save me a couple of hours searching for recipes and another trip to the homebrew shop to buy more ingrediants.

Thanks in advance.

Get the Graham Wheeler book Brew Your Own British Real Ale, 3rd edition.

All the recipes (there must be 80 or more) have options for either All Grain, or Extract.

So you can do all the recipes either way

Brewing Classic Styles has 80 Extract Recipes in it . . .unfortunately for us UK brewers the US brewers have access to a wider range of extracts than we do . . .but should give you some ideas.
