First brew in 4 years, help me out?

Hey all,

I have finally settled on buying a BrewDevil 50L from AHB, just waiting for the shop to reopen tomorrow. In the meantime I need to get everything else ready for my first brew.

As I am unfamiliar with the All In One systems I am wondering do I want to order a normal Crush or a Fine Crush?

Also if anyone would like to recommend a simple but delicious recipe for my first brew? I am thinking maybe a Cream Ale or California Common or something else light and easy to drink.

Also need to order other minimum equipment, am I missing anything essential?

Brew Devil 50L Bundle
2 x Fermenters
Hydrometer
Thermometer
Bottling Wand
Silicon hose
Mash Paddle
40 Bottles
Cleaner
Sanitiser

Normal crush is fine, I would buy some more bottles tho'

Well 40 is enough for the first brew but I will get more.

I wouldn't mind but but social distancing and all that. Besides you would have a ways to come.
