Hi all
Brewed my first beer.
In barrel today had to try a little.
Been on fermentation for seven days with heat belt.
Average temperature 26 / 28 c .
Tastes really good.
How long before commencement of drinking?

Should i get another on the go?

Regards
Jez

26/28 is a bit high, 20 is more usual. But if it tastes OK, hey.
You're supposed to give it at least a couple of weeks in bottle/keg, but it's yours, you can do what you want.
And yes, get another one on.

leave it a good 10 - 14 days in the warmth and another 7 days in cool before you bottle. then 2 weeks in warm and a week in bottle then drink. !

get a couple more brews on in the meantime., take the dog out, dig the garden or if pushed talk to SWMBO
