I love my larger but I have printed my problem on here before. Two years I made kits and not once did I have a finished larger that didn't have a tang. Tried everything but without success. Like Chippy I now make very good wine and buy my larger

Avoid making lager myself for similar reasons , thankfully I prefer ale's
