wine, useing four types of tea, 1 gal.
ingredients:
1lb of raisins.
2lb of sugar.
tea bags:1Tetley,4yorkshire,2twinings-breakfast&darjeeling.
1/2 a tsp of fresh spearmint leaves.
1 tbs of lime juice.
yeast and nutrient.

method
boil the raisins for 30 min's,then press and strain and dissolve half the sugar in the warm
liquid.put all the tea bags and spearmint leaves in a jug and pour over 1 pint of boiling water
and leave for 30 min's,when both liquids are cool add them to the demijohn with the lime juice,
add the yeast&nutrient.
nota:add the rest of the sugar in syrup form over 7 to 10 days.
ferment out, leave for at least a year to mature. then :drink:
