OK, brewing tomorrow and trying to use up the odds and sods from the freezer off previous brews. Loved the Totally Tropical I brewed a little while back and running a bit low, so fancy something summer-y.
I have 50g mosaic, 50g simcoe
70g amarillo (but was gonna keep 30g back to chuck in a Hefeweizen as an experiment).
Bought 4kg Pale ale and 200g carapils (as per GH single hop recipes).
think I'm going for:
20g Simcoe 60 mins
20g Amarillo flameout
20g Mosaic flamout
30g Simcoe flameout
20 g Amarillo DH 3 days
20g Mosaic SH 3 days.
Not really sure about the stages/hop additions particularly at the 60mins mark.
Input and advice much appreciated.
