Hi

Making my first fruited sour (for the OH).
I'm using Philly sour, beer is now at 1.025 and tastes delicious for an unfinished beer. Great colour too.
My intention was to add plums to this as my parents gave me 3kg. Only issue is that these plums are oxidised. This happened within 10 mins of me quartering and stoning them.
Will this be detrimental to the beer, besides the brown colour? Tempted to leave them out.

I think I solved this myself. It tastes fine, and doesn't colour down the beer too much
