Fruit teabag wine with twinings cherry and cinnamon

I did a fruit teabag wine with twinings cherry and cinnamon. I stopped it but it tastes superdry (from a cheeky sneaky sample when racking) I'll probably back sweeten that one. It is indeed down to taste and the particular peculiarities of each recipe I suppose

Anyhoo it was hippy juice as per http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1503 with cherry and cinnamon. It's clearing lovely after it's last racking. I've a strawberry and mango that's been bottled and tastes quite refreshing.
