Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this.

My name is Lee and I have been home brewing on and off for about 3 years now. I generally have a frantic brew session in spring for the summer and then forget all about it till next spring after investing in lots of bottles and equipment etc.

So far I have made the following

Pineapple white wine - Surprisingly nice and was fermented in 4 days

Cherry wine - Had a cherry tree opposite where i lived so cost nothing to make but tasted pretty awful to be honest.

Rioja Tinto beaverdale kit - Very nice drop of wine about 20 bottles of this left.

Muntins gold larger - Again nice but nothing special

Brewing as I write

A Pilsner kit cant remember which one but nice larger about 5.2% ABV

Today have ordered the evil dog double IPA for a laugh.

Anyway I look forward to having a chat, receiving some advice and chipping in were possible to help others. Were a passionate bunch of people and I look forward to using this forum.

Cheers :drink:
