Hi everyone,

I'm Matt and I'm new to the forum but not totally new to homebrewing.

I've been making beer from kits for about 15 year, and started all grain brewing a year or so ago - mostly with success!

I'm here to ask stupid questions and pick up other tips, I also write a blog about my brewing adventures, that I doubt anyone reads.
