Need to reduce my intake and batch sizes so if anyone has the Grainfather micro pipework that they don't use any more please let me know. Thanks in advance.
 
If you can make a well draining grainbed, you don't need micro pipework.
Indeed. I'd wondered about this for a long time. The only purpose of that middle pipr is as an overflow so that the pump/element doesn't run dry.

If you make sure your grain bed is draining fine, you can do small batches with the normal pipework.
