Does anyone have any recipes they've used with kveik yeast that have turned out really well?

Fishing for ideas here, also I recently pulled together a list of kveik-related resources from the kveik mega-thread and my own bookmarks. I'd love to add a few more recipes to it!

By far the best kveik recipe I've done yet. Definitely needed a bit of conditioning to bring out the hops. It was veeeeery muted from day 1 to 5 once packaged.

No boil and no sparge (cos I'm lazy) turned out great.

I'm no expert on water treatments or profiles so you can take that as you wish and it may well be wrong.
