Hi there,
I am very new to this home brewing malarkey. I watched a few YouTube videos and decided mead was my chosen poison.
I'm 9 days into my first fermentation(a little slap hazard 3lb of honey and some bottled still spring water with a yeast)
So I'm here to learn and move forward with a little more structure.
