Has anyone seen this and if so any good? Id be doing the extract version....hang on just realised it doesnt tell you the size of the batch. 5 gallons?

Does anyone know any better Guinessish recipies that are nice?

I'd say, this would be 70% pale, 20% flaked barley, 10% roasted barley.

I tried it once and while "guinnessy enough", i don't like irish style stouts that much.

the grains seem spot on but i would use target hops instead. It says on your link that you can make a yeast starter from a bottle of guinness, has anyone done this ????

Unfortunately, Guinness isn't bottle conditioned any more, so you now can't make the starter
