I'd say, this would be 70% pale, 20% flaked barley, 10% roasted barley.

I tried it once and while "guinnessy enough", i don't like irish style stouts that much.
 
the grains seem spot on but i would use target hops instead. It says on your link that you can make a yeast starter from a bottle of guinness, has anyone done this ????
