First time using a cornelious keg,what's the in and outs for keging
Many threads on here on the subject so I suspect it's unlikely we'll all go through it again on this one. Try the search function. Some good YouTube tutorials about too.
Do you know why your bottles are gushing? I ask because switching to keg wont necessarily solve this if this is caused by fermentation restarting in the bottles due to contamination or otherwise. Or is it that you've been over priming (too much sugar added) at bottling?
True, plus you've the added complication of line balancing which took me ages to get my head around.
