ive a problem i think. im about half a pint short in my demijohn with my rhubarb wine. will it be ok. also its a little cloudy, can i clear it. thank you for taking time to read this message. cheers
 
Just top up with pre-boiled water. I am taking it that it has mostly or has completed primary fermentation. If it has finished fermentation then you can add a disolved camden tab and then add finings. Most recommend kwik clear, but can use any finings you have.
 
thank you tal. will top up with water, according to c j j berry a camden tab will make it taste like hock. think i will stick with the rhubarb taste. but thanks again for the advice. cheers
