Hi I'm mat and iv been reading all your post for a wile now so I thought its about time to join and get some advice and get to know everyone. I'm a bit of a late comer to brewing and need all the help I can muster :) . Iv got 2 gallon of cider on the go and it's just about ready for bottling. I'm looking to do a nice lager next so I hope you don't mind but il be asking lots of questions and reading like mad.
