Names Brian and I’m from South Wales, where men are men and sheep run for the hills.
Anyway, just started up making wine again after what is most probs a good 38 year gap so purchases a kit and waiting it’s results.
Joined here as it looks the most active UK forum and also just paid as a yearly member just to say thanks to all the forums staff for the info and help to come.
