Hello, I'm Tim from North Humberside. I moved out to the countryside 2 years ago and the nearest pub is an hours walk, so decided I'd start making my own. I've successfully brewed a number of kits and hedgerow wine but, would still say I'm a complete novice. Hoping to gain so much knowledge from you all and start to brew wine to be proud of. Some good tips there. When berries and other fruits are out of season I go to farm foods and get frozen fruit, ã2 for a 1 gallon brew.
