My name is Matt from Dorset. I started brewing about 3 months ago, but in retrospect I don't know why it's taken me quite so long to start!
I began brewing with a couple of extract kits which turned out pretty well, but I felt a bit divorced from the process. I enjoy learning everything I can about a topic and felt the only way to improve my understanding was to try AG brewing. So I went all in and bought a shiny shiny all-in-one (Brewzilla 3.1.1), which I think is a fantastic bit of kit and well worth the £££.
Completed 3 brewdays so far with varying results, but learning from each one and throroughly enjoying myself!
