Hi,

I'm new to the forum (Although I have had the pleasure of reading a few threads which have proven to be informative and well written.).

I've just finished bottling my first Coopers Ginger Beer kit (A concession to the missus for allowing me to take over part of the garage with the paraphernalia.).

The idea is that I am going to brew a few kits to get used to the process and as I gain experience and knowledge to move on to partial mash.

So, yeah, hi.

Welcome to the forum Brendan.

Coopers Ginger Beer is a good starter for your first brew, the missus will love it.

Once sorted with the basics, try out Rick The Brews ginger beer recipe. Its a lot cheaper but tastes great.

Cheers Neil

Thanks for all the kind greetings. I look forward to contributing constructively to the forum the more I learn about the subject.
