Hi all, a little introduction.
My name is Terry approaching 62 years young, retired and I do like a tipple.
I got into wine kits a couple of years ago and now pretty much hooked. Last year I built a wine rack in my garage (holds 400 ish bottles) as I want to be drinking matured wine.
At present I generally do 2 x 28 day kits, the 30 bottle type. Half I consume during the month, half go into demijohns (I have 18 off). I then bottle the 4 oldest dj’s to make way for the freshly made.
I did try some 7 day kits just to try ramping up production but wasn’t that impressed with the quality.
Be great to get some ideas from people of improving my methods.
