Yes as Steve and Dennis, you can underlet by gravity or a solar pump makes it easy. Pre heat mash tun with boiled water, store grain at room temperature overnight, and add strike liquor 9-10C over mash temperature depending on time of year.

I tried under-letting for the first time a couple of brews ago and wouldn't go back, definitely much easier and more consistent.

Connect a hose from the tap of the HLT to the tap on your mash tun, open the taps and let fly.
As long as the MT is lower than the HLT it will be gravity fed.
