How does this sound?

OK so I've had my coopers lager kit on the go since last saturday and after advice from here to drop the temp as I began first two days by following the instructions to the letter its been chugging along nicely.

SOOOOOO

My P.O.A now has become on Sunday ( 8 days ) I will take a reading and again on mon, tues etc until its been steady for 3 days, I will then syphon to second FV with tap and leave in there until the weekend and then bottle from there.

How does that sound? Should I do anything or everything different?

Also thanks to everyone who has or will give me any advice on here as this is my first time and its a very steep learning curve.

I would leave it in the primary FV until the weekend. When you are ready to bottle put a sugar solution in the second FV and then bottle. If you can't bottle until the weekend then you needn't take samples every day. It wastes beer and risks infection.

ok so that would be 2 weeks in primary? is that ok?

Agree with rpt. 2 weeks is fine. All mine get 3.
