After a bit of a dip in productivity around Christmas I've recently gone part-time at work, so with the added free time (and the fact that I now genuinely can't afford to buy commercial beer lol) I've gone a bit mental, brewing once a week!

So far this year, (mostly in the last month or so)

IPA, Saison, Black Saison, Abbey beer, 1850 porter, Dry Irish Stout, IPA again, 'Chai red' and some mead.

5g each time, so coming up on 50 Gallons of booze :D Spring currently springing so there's some flower wines/beers with various aromatics coming up (elderflower blonde, nettle beer, etc).

Well, no good letting my equipment sit dormant... and unloved...

5G of 1885 Younger's XP on Saturday.

Added to Francois' 40G (I guess mead is counted in the other thread?)

Makes 1236 Gallons

5 Gallons ESB, 5 Gallons London Pride Clone, 5 Gallons Mild.

Total: 1288 Gallons
