I wanted to add some gelatine to a recent brew that was already carbonated at 15psi.
I didn't fancy depressurising and then opening the keg with the beer foaming up.
I put together a gadget to inject into the keg whilst still under pressure- you need:
1 cooking syringe (from John Lewis), this has an end-stop so pressure won't push the plunger out.
1 piece of 3/16 beer/gas line
1 gas-in disconnect & adapters to 3/16 line
Put it all together as pictured, sanitise, fill with solution, screw syringe onto the rest, connect and inject. Disconnect, fill with sterile water and inject that to rinse the gas in connector and dip tube.

I may try this for my Lager that's been lagering in the brew fridge for a month or so now. Cracking idea. Gotta have pure clear for lager. Just an after thought for me though is I don't mind cloudy residue in some ales. Vit B and all that.
