Well today it finally happened...the dark side...my first ever all grain 23l.....and god did i love it...sorry threre are no pics, as you can imagine my brain, mind and outer self were miles away....did an irish red ale..thanks to a sponser above for all that i needed, and a big thanks for all on here for the encouragement to take the leap.....cant wait for the next one now : :
